Can I change my show date or seats?

Open Check balance & manage bookings to review your booking and see available changes. For help, call the box office at (760) 771-3368.

Can I manage bookings when my pass balance is zero?

Yes. Use Check balance & manage bookings and verify the email used to book your tickets. Your balance and bookings appear together. Your balance does not need to have tickets remaining to review an existing booking.

Use the email address on your MagicPASS or ticket booking. Verify it once to see your pass balances, upcoming seats, and available booking changes together.
