SMS consent is collected exclusively via an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox on the checkout page at https://marvyns-magic-theater.vercel.app/checkout, next to the phone number field. No phone number is ever enrolled in text messaging without the customer checking that box.
What the Consent Checkbox Says
The checkout page shows the following consent language next to an unchecked checkbox. This is the exact wording as it appears on our checkout page:
