Marvyn's Magic Theater (“Theater,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) wants every guest to understand how refunds and cancellations work before purchasing. This Refund Policy explains when tickets and booking fees are refundable, and the options available if plans change. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. The exceptions described below apply only in the circumstances stated.
Booking Fee
A fixed per-ticket booking fee is added to each ticket at checkout and is shown to you before you pay. Whether that booking fee is refundable depends on the reason for the cancellation:
- You cancel – If you choose to cancel your order, the per-ticket booking fee is non-refundable and is retained by the Theater. Any refund of the ticket price itself remains subject to our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
- We cancel or reschedule – If the Theater cancels a performance that is not rescheduled, or reschedules a performance to a date or time you cannot attend, the booking fee is refunded in full along with any ticket refund or credit you are due.
- Platform or processing error – If a charge results from a duplicate transaction, a technical error, or a similar platform error, the booking fee is refunded in full.
Store Credit
Where a refund is available, you may instead choose to receive the amount as Theater store credit toward a future performance or purchase. Store credit does not expire except as required by law and may be applied at checkout or at the box office.
Performance Changes and Cancellations
The Theater may substitute performers, modify programming, reschedule performances, or cancel events as described in our Terms & Conditions. The refund, credit, and booking-fee options for those situations are described above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, cancellation, or store credit, contact the box office before the performance so we can assist you. Please have your order number ready.
